Responsibilities of Solutions Development Engineer shall include the following: -

  • Develop technical specification based on client’s functional specification and requirements.

  • Design and develop solutions in accordance with agreed technical specifications.

  • Conform to FINSOFT’s Quality & Risk Management (Q&RM) process.

  • Deploy Epicor solution development tools and Visual Studio in solution development process.



Responsibilities of Infrastructure Application Engineer shall include the following: -


  • To maintain and improve the company’s IT infrastructure equipment and facilities

  • To maintain and support IT infrastructural equipment used in connection with the company's provide of managed services.

  • To undertake review and assessment of clients’ IT infrastructural facilities and equipment and provide suggestions for improvement required, in line with clients’ stated objectives and to provide reports there on.



  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or in a related field of study

  2. Experience with Microsoft Azure advantageous

  3. Experience with Windows Server Administrator

  4. Experience with MSSQL Server Troubleshooting

  5. Experience with Microsoft365

  6. Must possess strong technical competence in the fundamentals troubleshooting hardware/software



Strong knowledge in the following will be a great advantage:


  • SQL Server

  • C#

  • SQL Query Optimization

  • Performance Tuning

  • Procedures and Function Writing Skills

Successful candidates shall focus on development of customized solutions to address gaps in Epicor ERP system in meeting client’s process requirements.


Responsibilities of Technical Support Consultant shall include the following: -

  • Clarify and understand technical specification of solutions required to address the identified gaps from ERP consultants.

  • Develop the required solutions using Epicor solution development tools and Visual Studio.

  • Conduct necessary tests to ensure all business scenario have been catered for.

  • Address feedbacks and errors identified by testers and clients.

  • Update and extend a copy of the final process and data flow and technical specification of the final accepted solution.


  • C#, ASP, ASP .Net, MVC, SSRS Report, SQL, REST API, Java Script

Job description for ERP Consultant:

  • Working as a team member under the supervision and guidance of senior consultants, to assist in completing assigned tasks relating to ERP implementation and solution development activities, which may include;

       - conducting customer requirement study;

       - conducting training to key and end users;

       - providing support to customer’s users;

  • Configuring ERP system to meet customer requirements;

  • Testing and validating solutions and help manage deployment of solutions developed;

  • Engaging in Project Quality Assurance activities;

  • Providing customer support service; and

  • Preparing relevant system documentation and implementation work done.



  • Promote and sell company's software products and Epicor ERP system;

  • Find and qualify leads and manage the ensuing sales activities;

  • Act as primary interface between the company and the prospects and customers;

  • Work closely with pre-sales team to ensure prospects requirements are fulfilled;

  • Understand and apply company's marketing strategies and provide feedback on management's plans and strategies;

  • Execute marketing activities as planned by the company's management;

  • Comply with company's internal policies or procedures on sales:

  • Leads registration with Epicor Sales Force;

  • Monitor and update sales pipeline and forecast;

  • Review and reveal the entire prospect / account situation with division head;

  • Submit Sales Report in timely manner;

  • Attend Sales meetings or any other internal meetings punctually;

  • Arrange and convene a hand-over meeting together with pre-sales professionals involved to the implementation team upon a successful win;

  • Pursue and meet quarterly targets set;

  • Undertake other duties or assignment as and when assigned by the management from time to time.
